His more than 30 years of market research experience focus on quantitative survey research, with particular expertise in questionnaire design, sample plan development and data collection techniques. Scott has also taught at the university-level in the U.S. for more than 20 years, notably for UC Berkeley (market research post-undergraduate courses) and for the Masters in market research program at Michigan State University.
