Erin Sowell

Erin Sowell is a researcher and innovation & transformation consultant specialising in sustainable development. She is starting up her own consultancy called Thoughtful Research, where she gives business leaders a deeper understanding of the sustainability, inclusion, and wellness needs of their customers and employees and enables businesses to meet these needs through research-driven workshops and ideation sessions. Her work combines human-centred primary research with insights from behavioural, social, and environmental sciences. She received her Master's Degree in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia and her B.S. in Earth and Environmental Science from Lehigh University.
